Return Timeframe:
° Return Requests: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
° Shipping Timeframe: Approved returns must be dispatched within 3 days of receiving return authorization.
° Local Pickup Orders: If you selected local pickup, please contact us via email within 7 days of your order being marked ready for collection to arrange a return.
STORE CREDIT ONLY : We issue store credit for all eligible returns.
The following are a must for an eligible return:
° All tags attached
° Free of stains, pet hairs, and odors
° Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
° Free of smoke odor
° Free of makeup smudge/smears
° Returned within timeframe provided
Non-returnable items include :
° Items that are discounted are FINAL SALE

° Perfumes
Unfortunately, late returns or items shipped past the return window will be shipped back to the sender.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We also recommend using a tracked delivery service, as by Odette’s is not liable for any items lost during transit.
